OUR COMMITMENT TO HEALTH

From birth, each puppy is raised with close attention to their physical and emotional development. We follow strict care standards to ensure every Yorkie is healthy, strong, and well-prepared for their new home.

Before leaving us, every puppy:

• Undergoes a thorough veterinary examination

• Is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations

• Receives routine deworming

72-HOUR HEALTH GUARANTEE

We provide a 72-hour general health guarantee from the time your puppy arrives.

During this period, you are required to take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a full health check. This step ensures that your puppy has arrived in good condition and allows your vet to establish a baseline for future care.

If a serious health issue is identified within this time:

• You must notify us immediately

• A written report from a licensed veterinarian must be provided

We will work with you to find a fair and supportive resolution.

EXTENDED GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE

We offer an extended genetic health guarantee covering hereditary conditions that may affect your puppy.

Because we carefully select breeding pairs and monitor bloodlines, the risk of genetic issues is significantly reduced. However, in the rare event that a serious hereditary condition is diagnosed:

• Documentation from a licensed veterinarian is required

• The condition must be confirmed as genetic in nature

• The issue must not be caused by injury, neglect, or environmental factors

We are committed to addressing such situations responsibly and fairly.

PROPER CARE REQUIREMENTS

To maintain the validity of this guarantee, the puppy must be cared for responsibly.

This includes:

• Providing proper nutrition

• Keeping up with vaccinations and vet visits

• Ensuring a safe and clean living environment

• Avoiding situations that may cause harm or stress

We are always available to guide you on proper care, feeding, and adjustment.

NON-COVERED CONDITIONS

While we stand behind our puppies, certain conditions are not covered under this guarantee:

• Issues caused by accidents, injuries, or neglect

• Common minor conditions such as mild hypoglycemia (manageable in small breeds)

• Stress-related symptoms due to relocation

• Parasites that may be easily treated

These are factors that can occur after the puppy leaves our care and are part of responsible pet ownership.
